I have a user who can't install my app to his Tungsten T3 - it freezes up during hotsync. No one has reported problems installing this app on any other Palm model, and I've sold hundreds of copies.
I checked Palm's site and it talks about "incompatible 3rd party apps" causing this, and that users should check with the developer whether the app is "compatible". But I can't find anything in the PalmSource knowledge base on this subject. The app contains quite a large pdb-file: 721 KB And, by the way, how can a freeze during hotsync be caused by the app?
