I follow the method of the memopad example to delete a record in a database. Everything is working fine except one thing... when I inspect my database with the simulator (5.4), the records are never deleted even after a hotsync (the delete bit of the record is on). If I inspect the database of the memopad the problem doesn't occure. The type of my database is DATA.
I don't understand why my records aren't really deleted after the hotsync.
Do you have a conduit for this application running on the desktop? It has to call SyncPurgeDeletedRecs (or do the equivalent in the framework it's using) in order to have those records cleared off the device.
