I think this is ur local (Intranet) IP address u might want to use the
actual internet IP address.

Subject: connecting PDA to network
hello guys!
I am writing a server-client program. The server program runs on a
desktop(in C++) waiting for a socket connection fron client which runs
on the PDA (Tungsten E).
I am setting connection in the 'Prefs' as "Cradel/Cabel" and in the
'Network' I am making a connection whose details are as follows:
connection : cradel/cabel connection type : PPP Idle timeout : Never
Ip address: 192.168.0.224 ( my terminal address)
But however the connection is not established with the network (am
keeping the server program running on the desktop).
I would also like to tell the fact that this program runs smoothly on
the Tungsten E Simulator.Also the HotSync is happening proper.
Has anyone have any idea how do i do it???
or please suggest me some other way which will solve the purpose for me
help please!!!!
