Plus, POL doesn't have any classes for the slider but includes stuff to manipulate it in their CObject (or was it CControl?) class, so I never ran across it in the help file while browsing the classes. Or maybe it's just a dumb ignorant mistake - it's always the simple things that seem to get me.
Remember that POL is mostly a light wrapper over the Palm OS API, and it's worth knowing that pretty well to understand the structure of the library.
