Depending on the details of your situation, you might be able to use
something like the Envicon Combiner
(http://envicon.de/e/pinstall/combiner.html), which creates a
self-extracting archive that installs as many Palm databases as desired
upon activation.

I'm creating a pdb file from elsewhere rather then from inside my app.
Is it possible to include it in the app and when its installed on the
device to also install the pdb file? Similarly can you do that with
library files also?
