Thanks for the reply. I initially didn't have the FileSeek code but someone indicated I should add it. Now it's clear why I don't need it. I omitted the FileClose and the loop (to keep reading the database) from the posted code but they are there.
My main question is how do I get the prc/pdb file from the main card in a file stream, capture it in a variable, base64 encode it, then send it? I have this working fine when the file exists on a VFAT card. The VFS calls work fine.
