When PODS starts the sim, it uses a command line parameter to set a random port 
number for debugging.  This is to allow multiple instances to run at once with 
their own debugger ports.  However, the sim saves that setting, so the next 
time you run it, it's on the new port.

and before somebody complains,
yes, the pods-settings for protocol are all
setup to localhost:2000 (and also tried with 127.0.0.1:1000),
but when you move the simulator-directory, you see the start-
parameter where the random-high port is shown.
