Hi all, I am a register develpoer for many years. Today when I log in to the member area to download SDK. I found that I have to reset my password after 21/12 due to some reason.
But when I follow their instruction to tick "forgot password", the page reply me that my E-mail havn't register in their system. I cannot get my password and my old password doesn't work as well. I had lost all of my record in creator ID database. Does any one face the same problem before?
