I entered my email address into the developer login screen this morning https://www.developerpavilion.com/palmos/page.asp?page_id=170&target=pag e.asp&page_id=152&msg=need_to_login
About two hours later, I received an email with my new password. I was able to log in with that password and access my account. My profile information was already there.
