The Palm OS Reference states that;
"TxtCharIsHardKey Macro is valid only if International Feature Set is
present".
I believe that is incorrect, and causes confusion.
It is a simple macro that does not use any TxtManager function, and works
with any OS.
I believe I once saw a Post about this.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

I agree that the documentation is wrong. This macro was added to the headers when international support was added to the OS, way back in Palm OS 3.1 days, so that's why I think it was flagged as such, since all of the new TxtXXX functions did in fact need this warning.

Note that the TxtCharIsVirtual() macro is different, in that you need to use the glue version on versions of the OS < 3.5.
