Hi, In the Palm Desktop is an option to download the ROM image from a real PalmVII, if you have that. I was able to use that image to configure an emulator session. Such an image does not allow debugging, but it should run an application. Otherwise, you should be able to download a debug ROM image for a Palm VII from the Palm website.
