What I am trying to clarify, is how that affects the way I build the Palm records. I am deducing from your response that Palm Record Number one will now have an offset of (8*numRecords+ 80+sizeOf(appInfo structure)) i.e. First Palm record is now "pushed forward" by the size of the appInfo struc. Is that correct? I saw nothing in the file format descriptions that I could find that definitively placed the appInfo struct immediately following the Header and Records info.
