In that case, forget the OS 5.4 simulator from PalmSOURCE and go to
PalmONE's developer web site and download the special Treo version of
the simulator. (There's one for Treo 600 and one for Treo 650, I
think.)
Of course, you'll have to wait until it's back up after they're done
doing whatever maintenance they're doing to the web site right now...
