could not find pilrc compiler

i have created an application using codewarrior 9.at compile time  its give the 
error "could not find pilrc compiler".i am using emulator.how  can i run this 
application.it is based upon databases.
is it rom version error?
another applications are running sucessfully.
kindly help me?
