Which is not to say that they're alone, one of the things that's made Palm OS development easier for me over the years is the extent to which this group will help with any question, no matter how trivial. Many forums that are able to answer specialist questions become quite short-tempered with newbies. It's the fact that this group has always had people with the patience to answer the simple questions that's helped to keep it strong (group hug? Come on, don't be shy).
