The Palm OS Developer Suite environment may not be able to do Win32 console apps as shipped. There is some Win32 support for doing Palm OS Cobalt simulator DLLs, but I don't think that includes the whole environment for doing Win32 development.

This mailing list is for developing applications for PalmOS, not
