You need to look for a folder called PALM in your root directory.
Inside is a file called SimSlotDriverVolume, which is essentially the
NVFS volume.  Delete this file and you will be ok.  Also note that if
you use the T5 simulator it uses the same file and is NOT compatible.
So if you are running both simulators you need to delete or rename this
file before switching simulators.
