Is it possible that it's as simple as the app's resource database
still being open because the app is still running? I have a little
ritual where I start the compile and then while it's compiling, I
flip to the emulator (or simulator) and hit the calculator button.
That causes my app to exit, which ensures the database isn't open.
By the time I'm done with that, the compile is usually finished or
nearly finished and I can hit the debug or run button.
