Just put the directory anywhere. You do realize that these headers and libraries aren't for the CW for Palm OS compiler but require the separate CW for Windows or Visual Studio tools to use. Sample projects are included for CW for Windows and they tend to look for this folder in the "CodeWarrior for Windows/(CodeWarrior SDK)" folder, if I remember.
