re: Treo 650 Raw IR

I also have an app which uses serial IR and it works fine on Treo 650 prior to 
firmware 1.20, which is the one currently shipped with the Treo 650 these days. 
I'm not sure what IR upgrade was performed, but serial IR now consistently 
fails (I haven't got a chance to look at the exact problem though).
