I have a customer that installs my program and his digitizer loses its calibration. It's on a m100, and I've never seen this happen before. What could be causing it? All he has to do is install the .prc with Palm Desktop, do a hotsync, and his digitizer calibration is way off. Hard reset, recalibrate, everything is fine until he does another hotsync.
