Testing IR port on simulator

I know this question has been asked before, but I couldn't find it in the archives...   How do I set up Garnet simulator to test the IR port using serial manager?  I remember reading a post some time ago but couldn't find it after searching for hours.  I think it had something to do with running 2 instances of the simulator along with tweaks to the communications settings, but that's all I remember.    Upon opening the port using SrmOpen(), I get the error #770.  I don't get the error on my actual handheld.  It just times out (no connecting device) but I assume that the port opens okay.  Just not on the simulator.   Helpful suggestions are appreciated.   Thanks, Rick -- For information on using the PalmSource Developer Forums, or to unsubscribe, please see http://www.palmos.com/dev/support/forums/
