The blockers themselves determine whether they're removed before or after. !soft blockers are removed after, and !!strong blockers are removed before. You don't need to worry about collisions between old and new slots of libraries. That's taken care of for you (although there's a bug related to that in <0.52.3 so you should make sure you're running the most recent release first...). -- Ciaran McCreesh
