I'm using Pan on Fedora 17, so it's the same version you're using.
First, make sure that the Toolbar is showing. (If it isn't, you can
turn it on under View.) The second button from the right is Wrap
Article Body. Make sure that it's depressed and Bjorn Stronginthearm is
your uncle.
