Hi all,

I have like 50 gigabytes of freely licensed movies accumulated over the years I'd like to post so others can benefit. After a few test posts to alt.binaries.test.test and alt.binaries.test and fixing my mistakes, I think the first film is ready to go with its par2, sfv, nfo files and so on.

So I decided to crosspost to alt.binaries.documentaries, alt.binaries.movies.xvid and alt.binaries.boneless in that order with Pan 0.163 Kryvyi Rih (Linux-6.8.0-60-generic) on Ubuntu MATE 24.04.2 LTS (Noble Numbat) 64-bit. The problem is that when I try to add files to the queue, I get the following message:

There were problems with this post.

Warning: The posting profile's server doesn't carry newsgroup "alt.binaries.boneless" If the group name is correct, switch profiles in the "From:" line or edit the profile with "Edit|Manage Posting Profiles". Warning: The posting profile's server doesn't carry newsgroup "alt.binaries.movies.xvid". If the group name is correct, switch profiles in the "From:" line or edit the profile with "Edit|Manage Posting Profiles".

If I click on Continue Anyway, Pan crashes (tried once). If I choose to post to one group only, I don't get that message. And I can download just fine from either of these groups using the news server I'm trying to post with.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for your help.
