Hi Dave,

I went out to the PAPER site and found the circuit breaker in the orange
box tripped.  There was a pretty intense storm yesterday, so it was likely
the cause.  We can monitor the system throughout the day to ensure that
there are no other issues, but there's a pretty good chance that it was the
storm.
