This has finally been implemented. PSA-32 .uvcRRE/.uvcRE.npz can now be
found in
/data4/paper/2011EoR/2455???
The final products (.uvcRREzCPSBx) are in
/data4/paper/2011EoR/Final
and the raw data is in
/data4/paper/raw_to_tape/2455???
for the time being until it is finally satisfactorily written to tape.
One bit of raw data that may have some interesting history is psa930,
which did not have a full day on disk for some reason. Its raw data is in
/data4/paper/2011EoR/ProblemChildren/
Let me know if you have any questions.

The proposed plan sounds good to me.

I checked for things like images, notes, cal files, text files and
didn't find anything else of use. It looks ok to me.

I propose we put the PSA-32 data on folio in
/data4/paper/2011EoR/
to match the PSA-64 data in /data4/paper/2012EoR and the
eventual resting place of 128 in /data4/paper/201[3-4]EoR, in
directories which are named
245XXXX
which does not match the current 64, but does match what we
are now doing with 128. This would move them from the
directories psa???-???/psa??? they are currently in. I am
proposing just moving (and retaining) the following files:
du -hsc /data4/raw_data/psa???-???/psa???/*.uvcRREzCPSBx
30 GB
du -hsc /data4/raw_data/psa???-???/psa???/*.uvcRRE
460 GB
du -hsc /data4/raw_data/psa???-???/psa???/*.uvcRE.npz
8 GB
This should free up about 4 TB assuming nothing else is useful
in those directories.
du -hsc /data4/raw_data/psa???-???/psa*/
4.5 TB
Questions:
1) What, if any, of the lst.*.uv data in
/data4/raw_data/psa???-???/* should be retained? (Or does the
official version live elsewhere?) If it should be, can I
argue it should live in its own directory
/data4/paper/2011EoR/lst?
2) Are there any other file types that should be retained?
