I ran these tests on different nodes.
Each node is dual quad core, and has 32GB RAM
Each ddr filter coarse takes 4GB RAM
They're not running one-by-one -- 4*(num processes) GB is used per node

Results:
1 uvcRR file: 40mins
2 uvcRR files, with no shared neighbours: 43mins
3 uvcRR files, with no shared neighbours: 1hr 45m
4 uvcRR files, with no shared neighbours: 5hr 23m
5 uvcRR files, with no shared neighbours: 7hr 13m
6 uvcRR files, with no shared neighbours: 7hr 40m

Since these runs were all using the same files (+a new pair) I used the
time it took for zen.2456664.17380.xx.uvcRRE to finish each time (all the
runs shared this file). But there is some variety in finish times.
