Light saber is fine, if it fits in my pocket. 
Is 200mW too much? I don't know anything about lasers; but

I'm so, so, so surprised in the 50 years+ we've had lasers no
one as thought that we can use it to cut paper with a portable devise.

Of course in 50 years when they are common, the thing mom's
will say is (a) Don't run with your laser scissors (b) Don't point
at your sister with your scissors, you'll burn her eye ball out. (c)
No one under 18 may operate laser scissors. (d) Laser scissors
are determinately to your eye health (e) it's cheaper to throw away
laser scissors than it is to repair them.

Oh and if someone makes one, I would appreciate a free sample.
