Jon, that's the standard I set up in previous job and now in two
schools since then. You can't use the latest technology in multiuser
environment anyway. And it wouldn't work with 99% of PCs in school
anyway.:-> Our typical environment is Windows XP, Office 2003, Mozilla
Firefox and bunch of opensource software like Gimpshop, Photofiltre
(free version), Inkscape, Kompozer, Google Picassa, Google Earth,
Google SketchUp, FreePascal, Scratch, Foxit, Audacity, etc, etc....
As soon as I link DHCP and DNS services on Debian server, I'm
implementing samba and some free groupware....
