IMHO, unless the doctor proscribes it, you should have some meat; balance, you know.
In any event, when I had my "inspection" it was very easy. They knocked my out for a half hour with a blue pill, rummaged around while I was napping, and then a nice nurse woke me up and told me to drink something like water. I then went home for the rest of the day and sat smiling in a chair. The next day I had a ravenous appetite.
