YEAH! Took the wife's PC to a techie friend. It fired right up for him, with no hint of a glitch. WTF?? Brought it back home, hooked it up, and went right back to no video. I noticed when I dropped the PC off with the techie that he had to use a DVI-VGA adapter, as he has an older monitor, so I dug through my junk, found a VGA cable and a DVI adapter, and connected the PC through the VGA connection on the monitor. Works beautifully. Looks like the culprit was a bad DVI plug on the monitor.
