Hi:
A little more than 10 years ago I recieved a catalog in the mail from PMI. I
don't recall if I requested it or how it got to my mailbox.
But that started me in paper modeling. I started building models when I was 8
years old, I'm now 76. The venture into paper has been interesting and
challenging. In the past 10+years I came in contact with Fiddler's Green and
Chip. And as with many of you my contact was solely through email and the web.
From the way I came to know him I would have to say he was a gentleman and his
word was good. I will miss him.
RIP Chip.

He will be greatly missed, had a few conversations with him via e-mail and
really enjoyed him. RIP my friend!

    Hello, everyone,

Lou Dausse, former owner of Paper Models International, has reported
the passing of Chip Fyn, proprietor and creator of Fiddler's Green. I
only had the pleasure of meeting him once, at a barbecue at his home
in Chandler, Arizona, and found him to be a generous and gracious
host. I know many of us will miss him greatly.
