Firstly make the ears and THEN glue them on. I made the mistake on the first ear to build it on the model...it was OK but the second one I built first and then attached it, much betterer. The collar is in 2 pieces, inside and outside. The inside is too long so I started at one end and folded the excess over and glued it to the outside. i can't think of any repercussions from this...we will see. Other than that the thing is amazing, the facial contours have to be seen to be believed. The fit other than the collar so far has been perfect. This thing will stand almost a metre high when done and has been a pleasure to put together. More to come...
