Must be at a different site... DL parts and instructions takes you to 4shared.
once there, a PDF image comes up. On the left below the image are a download, share with friends, and add to my account buttons.
Clicking on the DL button brings up a pic of the PDF with a note underneath that says "Waiting time: 20 minutes" underneath that is a "free download" button. click on that button and 20 seconds later it starts to DL.
