If I understand correctly from some other Japanese websites I visited using Google Translate, the 3M Scotch papercraft toy website will only be available from July 19th - August 31st! There should be 300 different ones, but they appear to scroll by randomly at the bottom of the screen... You can use the search bar to search for specific ones, if you don't know Japanese (and/or don't have a Japanese computer keyboard, you can use a simple little trick using Google Translate, though: http://ninjatoes.blogspot.com/2013/07/get-most-out-of-3m-scotch-papercraft.html Have fun! ;o)
