I think you will be happier with a PC. The MAC is good for art work but the PC has more ability and more control for the user. Just saying... Sandy

Diskdrive Problem Thanks, they do have some nice ones. I believe I just fixed the problem, and apparently it was conflicting software. I was cleaning up and getting rid of old crap. I uninstalled Avidimux (a program someone told me about that I didn't care for) and Microsoft Visual Studio which was supposed to be just a trial version, and should have been gone when I uninstalled it weeks ago. The Visual Studio had over 2gb of crap that I had to uninstall a piece at a time, including crap for a server that I don't even have, then I had to go through my programs folder and manually delete what was left. After all that, I thought I'd try it again and the disc works fine. I have learned 2 things. I need to do spring cleaning more often, and my next computer will be a Mac.
