There is a glue called Crafter's Pick The Ultimate! that works very good at 
glueing various substances together.

I have glued aluminum foil to aluminum foil with good results.  You coat 
the joining areas of both pieces with the glue and let it dry clear then 
press the pieces together, much like using contact cement.  The bond is 
strong.  The bond won't withstand concerted attempts to break the bond, but 
is strong enough to keep the pieces joined.
