.ppt is powerpoint. there are free readers out there or the free package
openoffice will allow you to edit it.

7-zip will open rar files and ppt, I believe is a Powerpoint file

It's been a long time since I've dropped by. I hope everyone is well.
I've been going through my older files and find that I have some .rar and .ppt
files that I cannot open. Apparently when my tech "repaired" my computer, he
deleted the program/s I was using and I don't remember what it was called. It
was a free download from the Internet.
Any recommendations for said free programs will be appreciated.
