Many of you know that Canon develops paper models for free downloading. It recommends (of course) Canon Pixma photo paper (either matte or shiny which is a 45lb US letter size. I have used it for years for both Canon and non-Canon models. It seems to be a much lighter weight than some of you are reporting. I find it hard to understand how heavier card can be used for small parts. Of course, when a model requires 1mm or 5mm board, I laminate the Pixma paper to the board of the correct width. Aileen's water-based glue and any super glue for extra adhesion.
