Dear colleagues:
One of you pointed out to me this morning that my announcement last
October, when we extended the deadline for the submission of your
congress presentations to April 30, was confusing because it
contained the phrase "more details to follow". It was also pointed
out that I did not forewarned you at least 4 weeks before the actual
deadline.
In order to avoid any bad feelings, I am happy to extend the
deadline to May 31, with the reminder that this is the longest
extension (5 months) granted for the publication of congress papers
(at least in my memory) in our field.
Please, use unicode fonts and avoid sending revised versions of the
files. We have already started work on standardizing the fonts used
for the different languages; if we replace the files then we will
have to repeat the work of standardization.
       Best spring wishes,
       Traianos
