Hi. This is just to say I've read the report and thanks for your very detailed feedback. Previously Cygperl was built statically (i.e. no libperl), and has no problem with PAR. It looks like to be not the case now. So what I need to do is to upgrade my cygwin installation and test it again. I'll keep you posted as to what I've found. Thanks, /Autrijus/
