I don't know if it's related to "Wrong generation of cache directory
names in Win32..." posted previously.
I used PAR-0.80 installed from CPAN without a C compiler (got the par
binary from CPAN too).
The error does seem to be in the user directory name (I am in France and
this user has an accent in his name) :

Actually the arrowdownwin.xbm is really in the exe file (added
manually), and it's correctly extracted on another xp box with a
different user name.
Maybe I should wait for PAR-0.81 ?
