PAR 0.91 preflight

Hi list,

I have generated a preflight PAR 0.91 distribution. You can download it 
from http://steffen-mueller.net/tmp/

Also, you will find PAR-Dist 0.08 there which will be uploaded to CPAN 
soon as well.

The Win32 PAR distributions haven't been completed yet. When they are 
availlable, I will send another short message and upload them to the 
same directory.

I would appreciate any feedback on whether 0.91 built correctly on your 
machines.
