Creating a PAR distribution for AS 5.8.8-816

Hello,

I don't have a running copy of the ActiveState Perl version 5.8.8 build 
816 (and won't get one soon, it seems), so I am looking for somebody 
willing to create a .par binary distribution for Windows using that 
specific version of ActivePerl.

The process is really simple given a working development environment. So 
if anybody is willing to build PAR 0.92 from source ("tar -xzvf 
PAR-0.92*.gz", "perl Makefile.PL", "make") and then build the PAR 
distribution ("make par") I would really appreciate that.
