Hi list,
it's time for another PAR release.
You can find it right now at http://steffen-mueller.net/tmp and it will
soon propagate to CPAN and be available as usual via
http://search.cpan.org/~smueller/PAR
I also updated the wiki to reflect the new release.
Windows binaries .par have been built by other volunteers as my win32
qemu images finally broke down. They have been built into the Win32 PAR
binary build compatibility list at
http://par.wikia.com/wiki/PAR_PPM_Compatibility_List
