My comments were regarding the compile/execute forms, not the static
parsing. If it ends up in %INC and has a prefix matching something in
@INC, then it gets packaged in lib as if it were relative, regardless
of what the code does. M::SD::DataFeed just doesn't know any better.
I'm not sure if combining static parsing and compilation means it gets
packaged twice.
