The place where "nmake install" put pp.bat is probably not in your PATH. E.g. if you installed ActiveState Perl into C:\ActivePerl then pp.bat most likely will be found in C:\ActivePerl\site\bin (and _not_ in C:\ActivePerl\bin where your perl.exe would be). Cheers, Roderich
