Given you have the necessary system libraries (libc, zlib etc) in 32-bit
on the target machine, this should work out of the box.
I am sorry, it does not. On the target machine I do have the necessary
libraries in 32-bit installed. The problem is caused for example by the
perl specific 64-bit library IO.so located in the perl library path
obvioulsly used from the target system. How can I force pp to use 32-bit
versions of perl components (like IO.so) from my development system.
Trying to execute a package build on 32-bit at the 64-bit system caused
several errors (e.g. incompatible 64-bit IO.so found)
Please tell us the version of perl, PAR and PAR::Packer (on the 32-bit
build system).
I have used perl 5.10.0, PAR 1.00, PAR::Packer 1.004
Cheers, Roderich
