When I run my executables on Windows, the first run always seems to generate an error (presumably while generating the cache) like this: IO error: Can't open file C:\DOCUME~1\X23544\LOCALS~1\Temp\par-S29M4B \cache-503c348af102dc78a15de295cfe64d595646e739/inc/lib/biber for write : Permission denied at -e line 954 After the first run, everything is fine and there are no errors. This only happens on Windows - the same code gives no errors on unpacking the cache on other OSes.
